These Terms govern your access to and use of Ningen (人間) conversational companions for Discord (the “Service”), which is operated by mmon Co. (“mmon”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

• You must comply with applicable laws and Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Do not misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer it.
• Do not use the Service to generate or disseminate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or older if required by your jurisdiction and Discord’s terms.
• You are responsible for your actions and content when interacting with the bots.

3. Virtual Credits and Payments

• Credits purchased via Stripe are non‑transferable and may be subject to fair‑use or anti‑abuse limits.
• Refund requests are handled in good faith where required by law; contact support if there is an issue.

4. Content and Data

• Content you send to the bots may be processed by third‑party providers to generate responses.
• We may retain conversation logs and diagnostics to provide and improve the Service. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and Changes

• The Service may change or be discontinued at any time. Features may be added, removed, or modified.
• We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability of responses generated by the bots.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mmon Co. and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
