mmon Co. ("mmon", "we", "us", "our") operates Ningen (人間), conversational companion bots for Discord (the "Service"). This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

• Discord account data: user ID, username, and avatar metadata required to operate the bots.
• Message content you send to the bots (DMs and server messages the bots can access) to generate responses and maintain conversational context.
• Usage and diagnostics: timestamps, command usage, and basic analytics to improve reliability and features.
• Billing data: when purchasing credits, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We receive transaction identifiers and credit amounts, not full card details.

How We Use Information

• Provide and improve the Service, including generating bot replies and managing conversation state.
• Operate safety systems (anti‑abuse and rate limits) and ensure platform compliance.
• Process payments and provide support.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with trusted subprocessors that enable the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, Stripe for payments, and model providers used to generate responses) subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Data Retention

Conversation logs and diagnostics are retained for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business needs. You may request deletion of account‑linked data as described below.

Your Choices

• You can remove the bot from your server or stop using it at any time.
• To request data access or deletion tied to your Discord ID, contact us at support@mmon.co.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is intended for users 13+ in accordance with Discord’s policies. If you believe a minor under 13 is using the Service, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Service or legal requirements. We will update the “Effective date” when changes are made.
